When purchasing this product or service, you agree to the terms and conditions. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this platform. Fees are nonrefundable. I reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered by Blossoms With Bri, but will always honor the agreed rate for the agreed time period that was set at the time of purchase.

I reserve the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. If the event of any specific requirements (including without limitation any design, specification, or order quantity) represent a price increase, the client will be notified and allowed to confirm. I have the right to refuse services.

During phone or video meetings, both parties must be in a location free from distractions to maintain the quality of the service. The session will be terminated if the client fails to meet this requirement, and the service fee will not be refunded. The client has the right to terminate the consultation if I do not meet these requirements and will receive a full refund.

The client has a 15-minute window to answer the phone in phone or video meetings, and failure to pick up results in a non-refundable cancellation. In the case of an emergency, the client has the right to reschedule the service for the next available time slot. Emergencies are on a case-by-case basis. It is the client's responsibility to make any conversations to their time zone.
